• Reviewing the documents before submittal to catch potential problems as early as possible
• Updating our report, if we did the title search, for intervening liens or transfers
• In most cases, physically walking the recording into the County Recorder’s office. This allows us to make many corrections on the spot and avoid recording delays.
• Providing timely recording confirmation
